Inside the walled perimeter, nine hectares of rare vegetable essences and secular trees offer seclusion for two detached houses available for accommodation, each with its own private garden: “The Stalletta” and the “Casa di Orazio”, both renovated according to ancient traditions and furnished with original 19th-century pieces belonging to the family (see location on the map).
The two properties, available all year round, are equipped with every convenience: independent central heating, Satellite TV, wi-fi ADSL line, telephone (on request), dishwasher, washing machine, oven, freezer.
Also within the park in proximity of the houses, there is a swimming pool (10 metre diameter) in a reserved area for exclusive use and parking space.
For art lovers, in a few minutes it’s possible to reach cities such as Pisa (25 km.), Florence (80 km.), Siena (130 km.), and make excursions to the nearby Garfagnana, with its characteristic medieval boroughs and typical products (Barga a 30 km.), Castiglione di Garfagnana (50 km.). Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia are only a 40-minute drive away.
For those who wish to remain in the area, pleasant walks can be made to the confining historical villas open to the public, Villa Reale and Villa Oliva, or by car, in only 10 minutes, to visit Villa Torrigiani and Villa Mansi
